The opposition leader of the Arachchikattuwa Pradeshiya Sabha Kelum Nishantha today began a protest fast in front of his house on the Puttalam-Chillaw road urging authorities to apprehend those who attacked and damaged his house. His wife and children were also seen at the protest. It is alleged that six men had to the house of Nishantha on December 25 and had carried out the attack damaging property. Pic by Jude Samantha
