‘Club Wasantha’ murder: Suspects produced before court

The seven suspects who were arrested and remanded in connection with the shooting and killing of two persons including Surendra Wasantha Perera alias ‘Club Wasantha’ in Athurigiriya, have been produced before court today. 

Ada Derana reporter said that the suspects, including the owner of the tattoo studio where the shooting took place, were brought to the Kaduwela Magistrate’s Court under tight security this morning.

Two persons including ‘Club Wasantha’ were killed while four other including popular singer K. Sujeewa were left injured in the shooting on July 08.
