Poland eyes Sri Lankan workers, plans to ease visa facilitations

Poland plans to look at Sri Lankan workers in targeted sectors through a G2G agreement for employment, Sri Lanka’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Ali Sabry PC said.

Furthermore, he highlighted that visa facilitations for Sri Lankans to enter Poland will also be eased.

Posting on ‘X’ as he concluded a successful visit to Poland, Sabry expressed gratitude to his counterpart Radosław Sikorski for proposing this novel initiative at his request. 

Sri Lanka’s Foreign Minister Sabry had engaged in an official visit to Romania and Poland.
