Namal meets TNA’s Sumanthiran, plans talks with ITAK

The presidential candidate of the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) Namal Rajapaksa has met with Tamil National Alliance Parliamentarian M.A. Sumanthiran in Colombo this morning (10).
The discussions had reportedly focused on the current political situation.
The General Secretary of the SLPP Sagara Kariyawasam was also reportedly present at the meeting, which was held at Sumanthiran’s residence in Colombo.
Meanwhile, Rajapaksa has stated during the meeting that he intends to hold discussions with the Ilankai Tamil Arasu Kachchi (ITAK) in the near future as well, MP Sumanthiran said.
