Grama Niladhari officers to launch protest week; two-day strike

Grama Niladhari officers have decided to launch a protest week starting from tomorrow (12).

Meanwhile, they are also slated to withdraw from duties on August 12 (Monday) and August 13 (Tuesday).

This decision was communicated by the co-President of the Grama Niladhari officers’ Alliance Nandana Ranasinghe at a press briefing held today (11).
