Cabinet approves fuel subsidy for fisherfolk, fertiliser subsidy for tea growers

The Cabinet of Ministers has granted approval to provide a subsidy of Rs. 25 for diesel and kerosene oil for the fishermen communities.
Additionally, approval has also been given for a fertiliser subsidy of Rs. 4,000 for tea growers.
Both subsidies will come into effect from tomorrow (22 August).
