Ex-PS member arrested for defamatory social media posts on MP Kottahachchi

The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) has arrested former SLPP member of the Millaniya Pradeshiya Sabha, Raveendra Rammuni.
He has been arrested for allegedly sharing defamatory statements on social media about National People’s Power (NPP) Member of Parliament Nilanthi Kottahachchi.
The arrest was made this morning (3) at his residence in Batagoda.
