Sudden power cut reported island wide

UPDATE (12.11 p.m.): The Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) says that the System Control Centre of the CEB is currently in the process of resolving the island-wide power outage and restoring the supply.
A sudden power cut has been reported across the island. Accordingly, the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) said steps are being taken to restore the power supply.
