Former Minister Mervyn Silva arrested

Former Minister Mervyn Silva has been arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID).

The former parliamentarian was reportedly arrested at his residence by a team of CID officers this evening (5).

Silva is currently in custody at the Criminal Investigation Department.
