EX- IGP Deshabandu’s assets could be frozen if he continues to evade court – Dy Minister

Deputy Minister Sunil Watagala stated that if former Inspector General of Police (IGP) Deshabandu Tennakoon continues to evade appearing before court, his movable and immovable assets can be frozen under a circular already issued by Acting IGP Priyantha Weerasuriya.

The Deputy Minister stated this at an event held in Modara today (09).
