CEB’s request to all rooftop solar system owners

The Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) has appealed to all rooftop solar system owners across the country to voluntarily switch off their solar systems during daytime hours until 3.00 p.m. each day from April 13 to April 21.
The CEB makes this request in an effort to balance the national grid during the festive season when electricity demand is low.
