One injured in shooting near Dehiwala railway station

A shooting incident has been reported near the Dehiwala Railway Station, a short while ago, said Ada Derana reporter.
One individual sustained injuries to his leg in the shooting and has been admitted to the Colombo South Teaching Hospital in Kalubowila.
It is reported that two unidentified assailants on a motorcycle carried out the shooting and fled the scene.
Police have launched an investigation into the incident.
