HC orders Derana footage of White Flag speech

High Court today (January 6) ordered TV Derana to submit the complete News bulletin of Sarath Fonseka’s controversial White Flag speech at a rally in Ratnapura during the Presidential Elections of 2010.

 

With the White Flag hearings continuing today the presiding High Court Judge Deepali Wijesundera ordered TV Derana to submit the footage today as it was considered a vital piece of evidence in the case.
