6 arrested with fishing vessel over drug-related activities off Western Coast

The Sri Lanka Navy has taken six individuals into custody, along with their multi-day fishing vessel, in the deep seas off the western coast on suspicion of drug-related activities. 

The apprehension was carried out during a special operation, and the individuals, along with the vessel, are currently being escorted to land, according to a Navy Spokesman.
