Sri Lanka to launch protest against attack on Chennai Maha Bodhi Vihara

The Sri Lankan High Commissioner to India, Prasad Kariyawasam is on his way to Chennai to talk with Tamil Nadu officials and to voice Sri Lanka’s protest and concern over the attack on the Maha Bodhi Vihara yesterday, high ranking government officials told Ada Derana.

 

It was revealed that the High Commissioner will visit the three injured monks, two of whom were Sri Lankans, while he will also take measures to ensure the safety of all Sri Lankans living in South India.
