Over Rs.30 mil spent on Hambantota Harbour opening

A sum of Rs.30,685,991 was spent on the inaugural water filling ceremony of the Hambantota Harbour while a sum of Rs. 18,167,050 was  paid to a private company for the handling of the event, Deputy Minister of Ports and Highways, Rohitha Abeygunawardena stated in parliament today.
