Heart attack caused Kfir collision

Flight Lieutenant Monath Perera, the pilot who died in the Kfir crash had suffered a heart attack during flight and had as a result lost control of the aircraft resulting in the collision, according to a report submitted by Negombo Judicial Medical Officer Dr. Channa Perera.
