Thondaman did not resign – CWC Leader

The Ceylon Workers’ Congress leader Muthu Sivalingam today speaking to Ada Derana denied reports that Minister Arumugam Thondaman had resigned from his ministerial post. He added that this was a completely false rumour.

 

Meanwhile speaking Ada Derana Presidential spokesman Bandula Jayasekara stated that President had not received any such resignation letter adding that this was not the first time that Thondaman had been rumoured to have resigned.
