Fonseka has not requested for security: Govt.

Democratic National Alliance (DNA) leader Sarath Fonseka has so far not requested the government for protection, Chief Government Whip and Minister Dinesh Gunawardena said.
The Minister said this responding to a statement made by UNP MP Dayasiri Jayasekara in Parliament today (25).
Sarath Fonseka should be provided with security as a former Army Commander or former parliamentarian, Mr. Jayasekara had stated.
