Omalpe Sobitha Thero and Common Opposition Candidate Maithripala Sirisena sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Monday (01) as the former UPFA coalition partner announces its decision to support the ex-Health Minister at the upcoming Presidential Election.
