President Maithripala Sirisena was warmly welcomed by Northern Province Chief Minister C.V. Wigneswaran this morning when he arrived in Jaffna on his first visit to the North after taking office. President Maithripala Sirisena commenced his first visit to Northern and Eastern Provinces today (3) after assuming the office.
