BUDGET 2013: More uniforms and a pair of shoes for rural school students

For students of rural schools in addition to the uniforms currently provided more uniforms will be given midyear, President Mahinda Rajapaksa said a short while ago delivering the 2013 budget speech. He also added that a pair of shoes would also be provided for these students.
