Former Minister Festus Perera passes away

Former UNP MP and Minister Festus Perera has passed away at a private hospital this morning, MP Niroshan Perera said. He was 82.

The former Fisheries Minister, Festus Perera was married to former parliamentarian Mary Larine Perera and is the father of current UNP MP Niroshan Perera.
