VIDEO: TV Derana picks up four awards at State Television Awards

TV Derana won four awards at the State Television Awards held at the BMICH last evening (January 29) including Best Talk Show, Best Programme of Educational and Cultural Value and Best Graphic Presentation.
The “360” show on TV Derana won the Best Talk Show award while “Rahe Aththange Viththi”, a programme about the indigenous people of Sri Lanka, was awarded the Best Programme of Educational and Cultural Value for 2011.
Furthermore, TV Derana also won the Best Graphic Presentation award for 2012 for its programme “Shoora Goviya” while the channel also won the award for Best Filler Programme in 2011 for “Thuru Arana”.
