Police Spokesman transferred with immediate effect

Police Spokesman SSP
Prishantha Jayakoddy has been transferred from his post with immediate effect
while the vacant Spokesman’s post will be filled by SP G.M.H.B. Siriwardena who
was the Police Examinations Division Director.
SSP Prishantha Jayakoddy
told Ada Derana that he had been informed about the transfer while the Police
Spokesman’s office stated that it will take place immediately.
