Import Tax on potatoes hiked

The Import Tax on potatoes has been increased by Rs 10 per kilogram with effect from today, the Ministry of Finance and Planning said.
Therefore the current duty of Rs 15 on imported potatoes will be increased to Rs 25, the ministry said.
