Teachers arrested over student’s death released on bail

Three teachers of a school in Valaichchenai, who were arrested over the death of a 14-year-old student, have been released on bail.
Police said the student had drowned in the Potana Ela, Valaichchenai during a training exercise with a group scouts from the school.
Following investigations into the incident, police arrested three teachers of the school who were released on bail after being produce at the Valaichchenai Magistrate’s Court.
