VIDEO: Security tightened near Jaffna library

Security has been tightened near the area surrounding the Jaffna library while UK Prime Minister David Cameron is set to hold discussions with a group of Tamil National Alliance (TNA) MPs this evening (November 15).

 

A group of persons who claimed to be those whose loved ones had disappeared staged a protest outside the Nallur Kovil this morning.

 

Reports indicate that they will be stage a protest close to the venue of the meeting between the UK PM and the TNA.

 

The protesters also handed over a report to Channel 4 journalists who were at the scene.
