A tipper truck transporting sand collided with an express train traveling from Jaffna to Colombo at a railway crossing in the Murukandi area in Kilinochchi at around 7.00am this morning (21). The driver of the tipper truck was admitted to the Kilinochchi Hospital in critical condition. (Pic By - Madawa Kulasuriya)
