VIDEO: Western and Southern PC Ministers appointed

Udaya Gammanpila, Nimal Lansa, Ranjith Somawansa and Upali Kodikara were appointed as Ministers of the Western Provincial Council, the President’s Media Division reported.

Meanwhile, Chandima Rasaputhra, U.D. Ariyathilaka and D.V. Upul were appointed as Ministers of the Southern Provincial Council.

Gammanpila was appointed as the Agriculture and Environment Minister of the Western PC while Lansa was appointed Transport and Sports Minister. Somawansa was appointed as the Health and Indigenous Medicine Minister while Kodikara was named Power and Energy Minister.

Meanwhile, in the Southern PC Rasaputhra was appointed Highways Minister, Ariyathilaka was appointed Irrigation Minister and Upul was named Fisheries Minister.
