VIDEO: T20 World Champions return to Sri Lanka

The Sri Lankan cricket team, who were victorious at the recently concluded 2014 ICC World Twenty20 in Bangladesh, arrived in the island a short while ago at the Bandaranaike International Airport in Katunayake.

The Team will attend a Press Conference at the VIP Lounge after their arrival.

The Sri Lankan players will then be taken in an Open Top bus at 4.30 pm from BIA on the Old Colombo - Negambo road, Seeduwa, Ja-Ela, Kandana, Mahabage, Hendala, Wattala, Peliyagoda, Orugodawatte, Borrella, Kannatte Roundabout, Baudhaloka Mawatha, Bambalapitya, Galle Road to Galle Face Green (approx 7.30 pm).

Sri Lanka Cricket invites all loyal cricket fans to line the roads up to Galle Face Green and welcome our Champion National Cricketers.
