President invites Wigneswaran to join delegation

President Mahinda Rajapaksa has invited the Northern Province Chief Minister C.V. Wigneswaran to join in the delegation to India to participate in the swearing in ceremony of Indian Prime Minister elect Narendra Modi, Govt. Information Department said today.
