Person fatally stabbed in Ratnapura

An individual was stabbed in front of a state bank in Ratnapura over a business dispute, this morning, police said.
The victim with serious wounds has been admitted to the Rarnapura General hospital. A spokesman attached to the hospital told Ada Derana that his condition is critical.
It was reported that the victim has misled the suspect in a gem-related business. The suspect who is a resident of Hindella, Ratnapura has been arrested over the incident. He will be produced in the Ratnapura Magistrate’s Court, today.
