Postal voting on 23 and 24 Dec.

Election Commissioner Mahinda Deshapriya said that Postal vote for the forthcoming Presidential election will be held on 23 and 24 December.

The observation was made during a press conference held in Colombo, a short while ago.

The accepting of postal voting applications has already begun and it would be continued until the 4 December. The Election Department has announced to the Public sector officials who expects to cast postal votes to apply for postal voting.

The Voters Lists have been displayed at the Grama Niladhari Offices, Divisional Secretariat offices and the District Secretariats.
