CID records statements from Mahindananda, Sajin over financial fraud

The CID has recorded statements from former Minister Mahindananda Aluthgamage and MP Sajin Vaas Gunewardena, Police spokesman told Ada Derana. They were questioned for over three hours over financial fraud allegations yesterday, Police spokesman added.

Spokesman claimed that further investigations will take place according to the statements registered.
