President to visit Northern and Eastern Provinces

President Maithripala Sirisena will commence his first visit to Northern and Eastern Provinces on Tuesday (03) after assuming office as the President, the official government news portal said in a statement.
 
President Sirisena will attend the Jaffna District Coordinating meeting to be held at the Jaffna District Secretariat tomorrow (3) morning.   
 
All political leaders and officials in the Northern Province are scheduled to take part in this meeting.  
 
The President will also address the Coordination Meeting in the Eastern Province at the Trincomalee District Secretariat and is scheduled to declare open the new three hostels and the sports complex  at the Trincomalee University.
