Court bans foreign travel by Bogollagama

The Colombo Chief Magistrate on Wednesday (1) granted bail to former Minister Rohitha Bogollagama in a financial fraud case.

Magistrate Gihan Pilapittiya also banned Bogollagama from foreign travel.

Bogollagama appeared in the court in connection with a case filed by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery and Corruption.

The former Minister was released on a cash bail of Rs.50,000 and two personal bails of Rs.1 million each.
