Mob attacks SLTB bus near Karuwalagaswewa

An unidentified group has attacked a Colombo bound Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) passenger bus near the Karuwalagaswewa junction, the Police Spokesperson said. 

The attack has been carried at around 2.30 a.m. on Sunday (2).

The police are yet to identify the involved group and the motive behind the attack, it was reported.

A team led by Karuwalagaswewa police has initiated an investigation in connection with the incident.
