Mahinda warns of arrests in coming weeks

There are moves to arrest anyone who acts against the Government, Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa warned last evening. He added that there were plans to arrest a few prominent members of the last government within the next couple of weeks.

 

Rajapaksa made these observations when addressing media after attending a religious ceremony at the Hikkaduwa Seenigama Temple
