FCID questions Prasanna’s wife

The Financial Crimes Investigations Division (FCID) on Thursday (02) recorded a statement from the wife of Western Provincial Council Chief Minister Prasanna Ranatunga over a land deal.


Earlier, the FCID also filed a case against Chief Minister Ranatunga at the Fort Magistrate’s Court, for allegedly accepting a sum of Rs.15 million from a businessman to perform an official duty.
