Liquor shops closed only on July 10 - Excise Dept.

All liquor shops in the country will be closed only on July 10 in view of the Temperance Month, the Excise Department announced.
 
A National Drug Prevention month has been declared from July 9 to August 8, under the direction of President Maithripala Sirisena.

It was previously reported that liquor shops would be closed for three days from July 10, however it has now been announced that the shops have been ordered to be closed for only one day.
