Mahinda appointed UPFA’s Election Operations Committee chief

Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa has been appointed as the Chairman of the United People’s Freedom Alliance’s (UPFA) Election Operations Committee, former Minister Dinesh Gunawardena told Ada Derana.


The decision was taken at a special meeting held at the SLFP Headquarters a short while ago.


All leaders of the major constituent parties of the UPFA presented at the meeting.
