Colombo Kandy Expressway construction begins today

The first phase of the construction of the Colombo Kandy Expressway will commence today (3) under the patronage of President Maithripala Sirisena and Prime Minister Ranil Wickramasinghe.
The first phase constructions of the Colombo Kandy Expressway will be carried out from Kadawatha to Mirigama. The second phase will be conducted from Mirigama to Kurunegala.
The third phase of the Expressway will be built from Kurunegala to Kandy.
