The United People’s Freedom Alliance (UPFA) has finally realised that there is no point of promoting the former President in its bid to win the forthcoming election, Minister Wijeyadasa Rajapakshe says.

The observation was made at a press conference held in Colombo, today (10).

“Even the UPFA’s campaign now publishes the photos of President Maithripala Sirisena in newspaper advertisements, instead of using former President Mahinda Rajapaksa’s photos,” Wijeyadasa Rajapakshe added.
