The Campaign for Free & Fair Election (CaFFE) says that a total of 1532 incidents of election-related violence have been reported as of today (13).

The election watchdog stated that of the total number of cases, 121 can be categorized as major incidents. The major incidents include several assaults and misuse of state resources, the CaFFE added.

“It would be better, if the leaders of the two main political parties refuse to give access for those accused of murders, drug related cases, and rape cases to enter the parliament through the national list,” the CaFFE suggested in a statement.
