Ranil to hold discussions to establish a national plan

Discussions will be held with the party leaders and the President to reach an agreement on current matters and future party leadership matters in a bid to create a national plan, Prime Minister Ranil Wickramasinghe said.


The observation was made at the UNP head-office in Kotte this morning (19). 


“A majority has mandated to continue the January 08 revelation,” he added.


Wickramasinghe also went into say that discussions will be held with the party leaders to move forward a national plan after he takes oath as the Prime Minister of the new Government.


A source told Ada Derana that the PM has already met President Maithripala Sirisena where they held discussions to collaborate on further steps. PM Wickramasinghe would again take oath as the country’s premier within this week, the source added.
