Police interrogate 2 suspects over Kotadeniyawa murder

A 17-year-old youth and another person are being questioned in connection with the recent murder of the 5-year-old girl in Kotadeniyawa, police said. 

Seya Sadewmi was found sexually abused and strangled to death on Sunday (13), a day after she was reported missing.

Investigations into the murder have been handed over to the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) as per the instruction of the IGP.
