Hasitha Thilakeratne appointed CAA chairman

Hasitha Thilakeratne has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Consumer Affairs Authority (CAA).

Thilakeratne, the former Chairman of the National Gem and Jewellery Authority, will be taking over from Dr. R.M.K. Ratnayake.

He had also served as the Chairman of Sri Lanka Handicrafts Board - Laksala.
