Five nabbed with 6 grenades in Moratuwa

Five suspects have been arrested for the possession of 6 hand grenades in the Moratuwa area.
Police said that the individuals were arrested with 6 locally-manufactured grenades, following an operation carried out by Mpratuwa Police based on information received.
The arrested suspects, residents of Moratuwa, are to be produced before the Moratuwa Magistrate today while police are conducting further investigations.
