A draft bill has been presented to the Parliament in a bid to introduce a ‘Theravada Bhikkhu Dialogue’ to monitor and take disciplinary action against monks who break ‘Vinaya’ rules.

The draft bill was presented by Parliament Reforms and Mass Media Minister Gayantha Karunathilaka.
